DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a partial refund ro receive a discount on their next order. Shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx) delays do NOT fall under seller liability. For delayed orders, plase contact the shipping carrier first.

DAMAGED ORDERS
The Raptory is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shippined to P.O Boxes.
The TSA has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As suc, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shippping method.
